Forget Something?
Can’t find your toothbrush? All bathrooms have a toiletry basket. Feel free to use those items during your stay. We ask that you use only what’s needed, as those baskets help the entire house have a more enjoyable stay!
Theme Park Necessities
Always be prepared for unpredictable Florida weather! The closet across from the elevator has umbrellas, ponchos, sunscreen and more to use during your stay. Please return them after your use so our team can dry them and prepare them for your next visit.
Laundry Service
Need to freshen up your clothes? Use the ‘Hampr’ drawstring bag found under the bathroom sink. Leave your clothes in that bag and place them on your bed before noon (12 p.m.) to have items washed and returned within 24 hours.
Theme Park Tickets
Your Disney theme park tickets have been linked to your Magic Bands. You’ll need the Magic Band for each day of your trip and any special events/parties you attend on property. If you prefer not to wear the Magic Band, let Andrew know so he can load the mobile ticket onto your phone.
Breakfast & Coffee
Start your day off right with breakfast and Starbucks deliveries each morning at 9 a.m. To make sure we have your coffee order, text Andrew with that Starbucks order before 10 p.m. the evening prior.
About Your Golden Oak Amenities
Fitness Center
The fitness center at Summerhouse is available 24 hours a day for your enjoyment. The fitness center features state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a private training area, and a workout studio.
Please use your guest card to access the fitness center.
Pool
Operating Hours: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
The Summerhouse Pool is available for all Golden Oak Club members to use during operating hours. Relax and enjoy this spacious pool and deck.
